Coupled solid-fluid FE-analysis of an embankment dam

摘要: A coupled solid-fluid FE-model for partially saturated soils, characterized by modeling the soil as a three-phase material consisting of a deformable soil skeleton and the fluid phases water and air, is reviewed briefly. As a constitutive model for the soil skeleton, the well-known Barcelona Basic model (BBM) is employed, which is formulated in terms of net stress and matric suction. For the BBM, a computationally efficient return mapping algorithm is proposed, which only requires the solution of a scalar nonlinear equation at the integration point level. The coupled FE-model is applied to the coupled transient numerical simulation of the water flow and the deformations and stresses in an embankment dam.

Economic Growth Model Based on Six Basic Factors of Production—Xu Growth Rate Equation

摘要: This paper proposes an economic growth model based on the Six Basic Factors of Production and Xu Growth Rate Equation for the first time, which fills-in the deficits of the New Classical Economic Growth Model based on the Solow Model. The empirical analysis indicates that over the past three decades, the consumption of six basic factors of production had complicated relations with economic growth. In some years, the consumption rate of the basic factors of production was meager, but the economy witnessed relatively rocketing growth rate; in some years, the factors of production consumption rate was very high, but the economy growth rate slowed down. In general, economy grows at the expenses of huge consumption of four factors. There is an obvious characteristic of huge input and low efficiency. The average contribution rate of technological advance peaks in the middle, while it drops down at two ends. Noticeably, since 2004, the technology contribution rate generally shows a downward trend, reasons of which should be explored systematically in aspects like economic policy and industry structure with a view to boost further transformation of the macro-economy scientific growth model.

超越巴斯德象限的基础研究动态演化模型及其实践内涵

摘要:

国家需求牵引的基础研究关系着我国源头创新能力和国际科技竞争力的提升,是颠覆性科技产生的重要驱动力,对我国创新型国家建设的重要性十分突出。为此,需要深入理解其内涵及基本发展规律,以更好引导基础研究的发展。本文回顾了布什科学研究线性模型的内涵、应用及其如何推广至巴斯德象限模型,在此基础上,考虑时间维度,引入基础度和应用度概念,提出由3个维度刻画的基础研究动态演化模型。为展示基础研究动态演化模型的适用性和优越性,以激光和强激光的发展为案例进行说明,阐述了国家需求牵引下基础研究、应用研究和技术开发之间的相互促进、螺旋上升的互动关系。基于本文模型描述的基础研究发展规律,针对需求牵引的基础研究,今后应更加强调学术诚信及可证伪性;要发挥基础研究对关键技术发展的方向性判定作用,并避免需求牵引引起的主观性诱导和误导。

Basic model study on efficiency evaluation in collaborative design work process

摘要: During the efficiency evaluation process of collaborative design work, because of the lack of efficiency evaluation models, a basic analytical model for collaborative design work efficiency evaluation is proposed in this paper. First, the characteristics of the networked collaborative design system work process were studied; then, in accordance with those characteristics, a basic analytical model is created. This model, which is built for centralized collaborative design work, includes an analytical frame, a process view model, a function view model and an information view model. Finally, the application process and steps of this basic analytical model are elaborated when used for efficiency evaluation through an experiment.

Ultrasonic emulsification: basic characteristics, cavitation, mechanism, devices and application

摘要: Emulsion systems are widely applied in agriculture, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and biomedical industries. Ultrasound has attracted much attention in emulsion preparation, especially for nanoemulsion, due to its advantages of being eco-friendly, cost-effective and energy-efficient. This review provides an overview for readers to the area of ultrasonic emulsification technology. It briefly introduces and summarizes knowledge of ultrasonic emulsification, including emulsion characteristics, acoustic cavitation, emulsification mechanism, ultrasonic devices and applications. The combination of microfluidics and ultrasound is highlighted with huge advantages in controlling cavitation phenomena and emulsification intensification. A novel scale of C0.6/μD0.33EV is proposed to be able to compare the energy efficiency of emulsion preparation in different devices.

Essential training steps to achieving competency in the basic intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography

摘要:

Guidelines for the intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) examination have defined a detailed standard for medical professionals, particularly anesthesiologists, on how a TEE exam should proceed. Over the years, TEE has gained substantial popularity and emerged as a preferred monitoring modality to aid in perioperative management and decision making during hemodynamic instability situations or critical care settings. TEE training pathways and practice guidelines have been well established in western countries and many regions of the world. However, TEE training and practice information for anesthesiologists are lacking in China. As innovative technologies develop, other educational models have emerged to aid in obtaining competency in basic TEE exam. Hence, establishing a consensus on the ideal TEE training approach for anesthesiologists in China is urgently needed. Developing an effective curriculum that can be incorporated into an anesthesiology resident’s overall training is also necessary to provide knowledge and skills toward competency in basic TEE exam. With evolving medical system reforms and increasing demands for intraoperative hemodynamic monitoring to accommodate surgical innovations, anesthesiology professionals are increasingly obliged to perform intraoperative TEE exams in their current and future practices. To overcome obstacles and achieve significant progress in using the TEE modality to help in intraoperative management and surgical decision making, publishing basic TEE training guidelines for China’s anesthesiologists is an important endeavor.

Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the basic pulse tube refrigerator

摘要: A three-dimensional physical and numerical model of the basic pulse tube refrigerator (PTR) was developed. The compressible and oscillating fluid flow and heat transfer phenomenon in the pulse tube were numerically investigated using a self-developed code. Some cross-section average parameter variations such as velocity, temperature and pressure wave during one cycle were revealed. The variations of velocity and temperature distributions in the pulse tube were also analyzed in detail for further understanding of the working process and refrigeration mechanism of PTRs.

基于兴趣转移模型的协同过滤算法 Article

摘要: 通过用户在平台上的浏览和购物次数来预测用户未来可能购买何种物品是推荐系统的热点问题。本文首先假定用户-物品的购买矩阵和浏览矩阵中的频次数据符合泊松分布,并通过概率图模型对两个矩阵进行共享物品因子的分解。然后,提出了一个基于泊松分布先验的多任务非负矩阵分解算法。算法第一阶段,把用户-物品浏览矩阵和用户-物品购买矩阵一起分解为用户浏览兴趣因子矩阵和用户购买兴趣因子矩阵。第二阶段,基于两个兴趣因子矩阵生成所谓的兴趣转移字典。第三阶段,根据兴趣转移字典以及热门商品的筛选规则,重构下一阶段用户-物品的购买矩阵,预测未来用户可能会购买何种物品。

Several basic problems in plastic theory of geomaterials

摘要: Based on the basic mechanical properties of geomaterials, it was proven that the Drucker Postulate and the classical theory of plasticity can not be applied to geomaterials. Moreover, several basic problems of plastic theory of geomaterials were discussed. Based on the strict theoretical analysis, the following have been proven: the single yield surface model based on the classical theory of plasticity is unsuitable for geomaterials whether the rule of associated flow is applied or not; the yield surface of geomaterials is not unique, and its number is the same as the freedoms of plastic strain increment; the yield surface is not convex; and the rule of associated flow is unsuitable for geomaterials.

近年来,我国在科技领域取得了巨大的进步,但明显存在关键技术的“卡脖子”问题。为了有效地推动我国科学技术源头创新,从根本上解决“卡脖子”问题,必须回归基础研究。为探究基础研究催生颠覆性技术,本文阐述了基础研究的内涵,并根据基础研究面向的目标,将基础研究分为四大类型:面向重大科学目标的基础研究、国家需求牵引的基础研究、以人才为本的自由探索型基础研究和以实际应用为目标的基础研究;在分析各类型基础研究特点及发展需求的基础上,提出实施差异化的稳定支持、促进全链条颠覆性技术创新的发展建议。

健康医疗数据共享基本原则探讨

我国健康医疗数据共享尚处于初级阶段,隐私安全、数据权属不清与利益分配不明等关键问题阻碍了健康医疗数据共享的发展。健康医疗数据共享基本原则的建立可为科学开展健康医疗数据共享活动提供指导,促进健康医疗数据共享及价值变现。本文整理归纳了43项国际健康医疗数据共享基本原则内容,从法律、伦理道德和实践的角度出发,分析了国际上开展健康医疗数据共享活动时普遍关注和遵循的关键原则。研究发现,国际健康医疗数据共享中普遍重视价值、尊重、信任、公平与公正、安全、可评估与评估、规范性以及问责制原则的设定和体现。本文优化构建了高共识性健康医疗数据共享基本原则,有助于指导健康医疗数据共享活动的实施,促进我国健康医疗数据合理、合法、合规共享,推进大数据时代背景下“互联网 +”在健康医疗领域的深化应用。

Mesenchymal stem cells and immune disorders: from basic science to clinical transition

摘要: As a promising candidate seed cell type in regenerative medicine, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have attracted considerable attention. The unique capacity of MSCs to exert a regulatory effect on immunity in an autologous/allergenic manner makes them an attractive therapeutic cell type for immune disorders. In this review, we discussed the current knowledge of and advances in MSCs, including its basic biological properties, i.e., multilineage differentiation, secretome, and immunomodulation. Specifically, on the basis of our previous work, we proposed three new concepts of MSCs, i.e., “subtotipotent stem cell” hypothesis, MSC system, and “Yin and Yang” balance of MSC regulation, which may bring new insights into our understanding of MSCs. Furthermore, we analyzed data from the Clinical Trials database (http://clinicaltrials.gov) on registered clinical trials using MSCs to treat a variety of immune diseases, such as graft-versus-host disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and multiple sclerosis. In addition, we highlighted MSC clinical trials in China and discussed the challenges and future directions in the field of MSC clinical application.
